A Groundbreaking Vision on Health by Dr. Zach Bush MD

How our gut and the world's topsoil are connected and our doorway to a new health paradigm

Last year, humanity flipped in a collective fear paradigm. We started to react to a real threat with a fight and flight response. In this narrow-minded state, there is no room for creative solutions and the narrative becomes to fight and control.

This is one of my main take-always from a 2020 podcast with Dr. Zach Bush MD. Zach is an internationally recognized educator and thought leader on the microbiome as it relates to health, disease, and food systems.

I listened to it last night, couldn’t sleep. Slightly worried about the question to stay in Holland or return back to vitamin D sun-state Ibiza.

Zach changed my views on things. Again.

One thing I learned in what he calls this first global meditation, referring to the Covid crisis, is that the world has become too complex to be grasped by one mind. My brain. My limited opinions.

It’s impossible.

Listening to Zach confirmed that we need to listen to each other, gather collective ideas, stay open, nonbiased, and learn from each other truth’s.

Make sense, not war.

There is truth in the most opposing view somebody can have. The task I give myself is to stay open to everybody, always, to the best of my capacity.

Here is my takeaway from this 2-hour conversation that covered the state of the planet, topsoil, gut intelligence, what a virus really is, and, surprisingly, that corona will be over in 2022.

Only for a new pandemic to shake us up again, when we refuse to listen to what it actually is telling us.

What a virus actually is, according to Zach

Zach Bush has a really original explanation for what a virus is and what made Covid what it is, from his microbiome background. Please allow me to give my own explanation, I am not going to literally translate what he said. I might miss something here and there, or not be completely accurate. Sorry for that.

A virus, according to Zach, contains biological information on the micro RNA level. We need this information to construct our DNA. A baby, for example, in the first week on planet earth, has no antibodies. It has, however, 10 to the 31st of viruses in vital parts of its baby body, like in the gut. It’s a healing Rambo.

When viruses would kill us, there would be no live on earth. Instead, they make us what we are, they are the building blocks of life

The general perspective Zach offers us with his immense factual knowledge is that viruses, fungi, bacteria, and parasites are the building blocks of life. They contain and transmit information, and form a network between us and nature, they are us.

We have millions of viruses in our bodies.

Humanity went wrong with declaring a war on them, on nature. This started in the early 70ies when fossil fuel companies discovered that byproducts from oil can be sold that kill bacteria.

To make more $, the narrative needed to be that we urgently need to kill bacteria and viruses, before they kill us. This caused the birth of the so-called War on Germs. A war on topsoil all around the earth, using the toxic round-up.

Or what about antibiotics? A word that freely translates into anti-natural. And it is. It disrupts the gut in such a way that two courses of antibiotics in a year increase your chances for depression by 44%.

A virus is not a real threat, it’s a vital part of life. A building block of our intelligence. On a healthy planet, they maintain the balance between all living organisms.

For centuries, Western medicine has waged war against microbes. Ironically, this war is not saving us. It’s killing us. The microbiome, and the remarkable communication pathway of the virome, must be understood as our salvation rather than our enemy. If we shift direction quickly, we can become co-creative partners with nature and prevent our own extinction —zachbushmd.com

Zach’s explanation for the rise of Covid

You probably ask yourself right now; When Covid was not caused by a virus, then by what?

By the way, I love Zach's reasoning that there is really no bad intentions. No elite trans-humanistic evil plan to eradicate 6 billion people. We are experiencing the end phase of a paradigm of war against our very own nature from a lack of understanding of the intelligence of nature.

This didn’t start yesterday.

There is, however, he agrees, a big pharma industry that enforces this health paradigm that has been taught in medical schools and Universities for centuries now.

And, for sure, is driven by profit.

It sees the human organism as a vessel for disease, not a wonderful creation of balanced health to thrive

The coronavirus is around 740 years old. It evolved, trying to maintain balance on earth by giving us packages of updates on the state of the planet, whenever Covid season arrives. This is normally around March.

Zach’s theory is that China, which is accelerating its race to full-blown consumerism, is equally pushing its food production, also spraying round-up in mind-blowing amounts. This causes toxic air pollution, super high levels of carbon dioxide, and, something we rarely hear about; cyanide.

People inhaling high amounts of cyanide accelerates respiratory diseases, inflammation in the lungs. Red blood cells are not able anymore to take in normal amounts of oxygen. Eventually, the lungs get filled with liquid and people die of hypoxia, a lack of oxygen. Stuffing ventilators in the lungs won’t help the problem. (Again, I hope I translated this part well, it is quite crucial to understand this)

Nothing can change it, except…

 a mind-blowing $10,- solution.

A package of 2 injections that people that are exposed to cyanide in certain work fields get when they do their job. This medicine starts to solve the red blood cell problem in minutes.

W.T.F?

That sounds even better than Ivermectin. I guess it has kind of the same components.

To round this up (sorry, wrong choice of words), where-ever high numbers of Covid deaths in the initial months appeared, Zach would argue that these are pockets on earth with super high levels of toxicity, caused by round up and other metrics like highly industrialized concentrations, big cities, etc.

Examples he gives are Northern Italy, New York, and especially New Jersey with its high-density electricity production, Wuhan. And… fill in the blank.

Kind of the complete industrialized world.

The levels of cyanide rapidly decreased during and after global lockdowns. This (not peer-reviewed) study from the Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine confirms the relation between air pollution and pneumonia aka Covid deaths.

The health paradigm — a sickness solving idea with vaccines as the ultimate magical treat

We have been sold, even though Brad Pitt in movies like Contagion, that vaccines are those live-saving, ultimate solutions for these nasty viruses.

For Zach, this idea comes from limited science. Ideas we need to upgrade, ASAP.

During the most extreme collapse of human health in history, we have made a startling discovery: human cells are not at the center of human health. Instead, the microbiome, functioning as the life-giving soil within our gut and internal organs, is at the core. The microbiome guides human health — zachbushmd.com

Zach is not pro-or anti-vaccines. He’s about zooming out, examining the root problem of why people get sick. The holistic approach so to speak.

The solution is a huge paradigm shift in medical science. The realization that so much of our health is connected to the gut, and creating a healthy biome in there.

This starts with eating natural food, exercise, and very important; connecting with others, exchanging RNA, to get more resilient and intelligent.

The way forward

The Key is stopping the fight against viruses, bacteria, nature, us. Let nature run its course by stepping out collectively from this story of separation that is at the core of the myth of our culture.

Covid became a global meditation.

Historically, nature has proven that it responses with extraordinary resilience and mind-blowing solutions to global threats on extinction level. The ‘solutions’ are on a whole new level, very difficult to imagine from the mindset that got us into trouble.

The 14th-century renaissance came after the medieval back plague that erased 1/3th of the global population.

We seem to need to face global extinction first, moving towards the eye of the needle, to suddenly birth out of the caterpillar in this more beautiful world many hearts already dare to envision.

Dr. Zach Bush MD is one of them.
