How Hyper Culture Hijacks us From Looking at Humanities Pain

We live in Hyper Culture, and our economy has become an app. Or entertainment at best. We can’t keep up with daily mega stimuli and we forget to breathe, for different reasons.

Elon Musk shot Bitcoin singlehandedly direction moon. He has become the embodiment of the Hyper Influencer. A sneeze from Elon causes a planetary financial ripple effect.

We have passed the question of whether it’s a bad or a good thing that the U.S National Treasury prints money at the hyper speed of small businesses closing.

Where is that money going anyway?

Doesn’t matter. Get your dopamine shot, scroll some more, and zone out in your home arrest A.K.A Quarantine while jerking off on sleazy porn.

Things are getting so much out of balance that every day is a new normal. In that hyper state, everything gets very fascinating and increasingly surreal.

The real question under the surface is how far this can be pushed till it snaps?

I am writing this piece for your and my future self to read back how life was just before the bubble burst, the colossal collapse, the daunting depression.

How life geared up before we lost the steering wheel completely and drove our common sense and responsibility completely over the cliff.

Before we do, I love to shine some light on directions to exit the building before it implodes. Before the pyramid comes down.

Hyper Time

We live in hyper times. Hyper stimuli through our screens, where smart A.I does a great job to keep our attention on sight. For the average youngster about 14 hours a day.

A hyper economy where nobody produces much anymore apart from essentials like Facemasks and toilet paper. 2200 billionaires own half of the planet, and the top five U.S. billionaires Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Warren Buffett, and Larry Ellison saw their wealth grow by a total of $75.5 billion.

That is during the first lockdown.

I guess they’re super busy doubling down on this one. At least, Elon Musk is. My estimation is that buying Bitcoin for $1,5 billion made him around 5 billion in a day. Sorry, in an hour.

These guys basically run our world economy. And that’s a bit scary. But it’s also fun since it’s unprecedented.

The bad part is that we’ve said goodbye to the principle of a free market last week with the App Robinhood obscuring the buy button for the average Joe trading. But who really cares, the next hyper event, stimulus, Stimmy, red flag or Covid insanity will diverge the attention and we all look the other way.

Hooked by whoever wants to hook into believing something.

We’ve collectively lost our shit, touch with base reality, connection, and everyday sense making.

Thought leaders and podcast gurus have a busy job inventing new words for new cultures arising and passing away as fast as a fart blows out a candle in the wind. Some examples are;

Cancel Culture, Breach Culture, Woke-ism, Meme Culture

I invented one just now: Hyper Culture. And it’s not a new coffee machine.

Hyper Culture

Are we re-inventing ourselves? Or are we running an information war towards civilization collapse? And who will win that one? The billionaires in their bulletproof bunkers? R/WallstreetBets? The Russians?

I know, you don’t know the answer, and neither do I.

Base reality took the backdoor and we are left with whatever feed hijacks our nervous system for the next moment.

Normally, when we, people, get faced with a problem we get together, talk about it, look at some scenarios, vote, and trust our vetted leaders with taking action. When they fail we sack them. That was in the good old times of democracy.

Currently, our leaders changed the rules so we can’t sack them any longer. That’s called a dictatorship.

The problem of our current situation is that we can’t come together, we don’t talk to each other anymore, we’ve been made shit scared of each other, and we seem to have lost even the slightest endeavor to even dare to look at the catastrophic events that are taking place on our planet right now.

In fact, according to those same thought leaders, they are cascading in full speed towards the end of, well, the world as we knew it. That might be not such a bad thing. We fucked it up pretty much, and a great reset seems to be the only possible option to… well, start from scratch again.

Recently I heard one quote that really stuck

We are running increasingly blind and increasingly fast into the forest-Daniel Smachtenberger

Hyper Collapse

That kind of sums it up for me. Can you hear the loud bangs of people running against the trees? No more social cohesion, no more social safety nets, no more realness in a world that got high on virtual speed.

We run as fast as we can away from the things that need most of our attention.

And we let it happen since everything seems to be out of control. And no intergalactic wise council will magically appear to save us.

We have adapted to Hyper culture and got too scared to breathe and take reality in. To take a good look at the state of humanity and start cleaning up this mess.

We will collectively run against those trees soon, on high speed.

Nervous systems can and will break down. For a deeper pain to emerge. Our nervous systems protect us from feeling deeper pain. Covid caused massive collective trauma. We don’t know it yet, but it’s there. Especially in our children.

Billions of people were scared to actually breathe for almost a year.

Now we’ve been advised to wear 3 mouth caps. Got the picture how utterly insane we got?

It’s symbolic really. Since we got too scared to look at the previous mess we made, we invented such a big diversion, to completely obscure pending eco-collapse through climate change, the disappearance of 25 species a day, and all of our insects in the coming 10 years, Fukushima radioactive leak, the depletion of coral reef.

Should I go on? or do you get my drift.

This is how human psychology works. We traumatized the earth, our temple, to such a degree, that to avoid really looking at what we did, and feel that immense pain, we need to be numbed out ALL OF THE TIME by our biggest collective addictions; Fear, Social Media, Porn, and average Joe Trading.

Here is some wisdom;

What you resist, persists, and will eventually kill you

Hyper Truth

The only way out, the way forward, is getting real with ourselves, each other, and the planet.

My best guess is that this will happen when billions of people around the globe will be threatened in their core existence. Then, only then, you basically don’t give a shit anymore about wearing a not working facemask to protect somebody else. Your instinct will shout at you to protect your children first, and yourself.

The mass hypnosis will end there.

You will see that this was part of the great detour of our collective attention. Some people wanted to make some extra billions, impose some power games on humanity, but in their hearts, they are shit scared too.

An extra 5 billion doesn’t make Elon a better man. Getting real with this planet and stop organizing Mars excursions for his billionaire friends will.

Scaring the world population into taking Vaccines won’t stop climate change or deforestation. Bill Gates won’t be the hero of this story, he will when he will invest all of his money in education in Africa instead of testing his vaccines on the poor. And invest some more in education on how to raise our immune system, so we won't need that RNA experiment any longer. Will save some lives in the long run. Sorry, pharma profit model, you had your longest time.

Its time for hyper truth.

For getting real with ourselves and face the real issues that seemed to get out of control. It's not COVID, death rates are less than other years in most countries in the world. It's not a pandemic. It's a half-hearted attempt to make us look the other way, so our so-called leaders won't have to show real leadership and act for the commons again. Act from their truth and heart.

It will be us, the people, that self actualize, self-authorize, empower and self heal, and collectively. It’s time to take our responsibility back. To become sovereign self-leaders in decentralized grids.

But first, we need to take a good old deep healthy fresh mountain breath together, and let the trauma come out. Cry together, shout together, and put our hands in the dirt to start building a new life that gives back, and doesn’t take and take. And take some more.

I'd rather be that person than a freaking billionaire that forgot that this life, this fake bubble economy, this silly power game for the sake of power, is not about him, but about this beautiful planet that needs healing, just like us.

Right now, right here.
